| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Student or University Degree in Engineering - with main focus in Telecommunications and Computer Science;
- Technical knowledge: TCP/IP, IP troubleshooting, xDSL, MS Outlook and/or other email clients, operating systems (Windows - all versions; Linux - is a plus), monitoring and troubleshooting network equipments;
- Networking certifications would be a plus;
- Previous experience within a Customer Care or Helpdesk environment could be a plus;
- Technical person with excellent communication and customer orientation skills;
- Good problem-solving skills, positive and results oriented attitude;
- Fluently in English;
- Willing to work in day shifts;

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- On phone technical support;
- Answer and record all the requests regarding the functionality of Internet, Data and Voice services;
- Network equipments troubleshooting in order to investigate and solve customers problems;
- Maintain permanent connection with the client.
