FIELD MANAGER

We are seeking experienced managers, able to coordinate and motivate a national team of Marketing Development Managers [MDMs], with high levels of commitment, self-confidence, analysis capabilities and energy.
You will also need to have excellent written and oral communication skills, IT ones and the ability to work in a team.

· To represent yourself and the allocated brand's Marketing Services to the best possible advantage at all times

· You will lead by example and act as a strong brand champion at all times

· You must respect the confidentiality of the information used and/or gained in your role

· You must ensure you provide open, honest, accurate and informative feedback to the Account Manager at all times. Providing a two-way flow of information. You are the route of communication on behalf of your team



Monitoring team performance

· To ensure you and your team complete all the tasks and responsibilities as per their job descriptions, along with the agreed monthly objectives. Closely monitoring and recording the activities of your team in all performance areas.

· To ensure your team is fully staffed at all time with the best possible personnel being recruited.

· To complete an accompaniment and back check with each team member per month checking standards of work and completing feedback to individuals

· To ensure that you and your team constantly strive to improve working practices and the quality of service delivered.




· To produce weekly diary plan based on your activities for the coming month

· To ensure all the necessary paperwork is completed in relation to meetings that you organize and/or attend i.e. regional meetings

Additional

· To assist with other additional activities on behalf of the allocated brand as and when requested.
