CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Relevant professional experience in the security field
- Relevant experience in organizing, planning and controlling activities
- Relevant experience in managing people
- Must be available for frequent work related trips abroad
- Driving licence
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
- Fluency in English - both spoken and written
- Have a global vision of the business and the capacity of decision and analysis
- Possess and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to communicate essential concepts to people of all levels
- Experience in working with senior management team in providing related recommendations, solutions and reports
- Ability to negotiate with customers
- Must be able to keep up in a fast paced and busy work environment
- Persistent, able to take leadership
- Proactive and flexible person
- Results oriented, dynamic and self-motivated person |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Coordinates all security related activities (Guarding, Patrol & Response and Security Systems) in order to insure proper implementation of contract related issues for our customers
With the support of his staff, manages more than 2500 employees all over the country and is responsible of maintaining a good relationship with a few hundred clients |
