CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University degree in Psychology is a must;
- Human Resources Master’s Degree is a plus;
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in recruitment in a big company (over 100 employees);
- Strong interviewing skills and very good knowledge of interview techniques, recruitment & selection procedures;
- Knowledge of legal requirements for the employment of personnel;
- Knowledge and understanding of a broad range of human resources administrative procedures;
- Driving license is a plus;
- Results oriented, proactive and flexible person;
- Fluency in English;
- Advanced computer skills. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Identifies potential recruitment sources and plans successful recruitment programs.
Performs full recruitment processes: recruitment advertisement, CV screening, face-to-face interviews, recruitment decision.
Informs candidates of all job-related aspects, including job requirements, compensation and benefits.
Screens and interviews internal and external applicants and notifies applicants of the results.
Initiates background checks when required.
Applies recruiting and hiring practices that are in compliance with ISO regulations and organizational procedures in the pre-screening and post-employment process.
Is involved in implementing specific projects regarding the Human Resources procedures within the company.
Manages the CV data base.
Guides and consults Managers regarding salaries and compensation packages.
Provides full support for Managers in the assessment processes of both execution and management personnel.
