FINANCIAL CONTROLLER - BUCURESTI

Education: University degree - Economics
Experience: 1-2 years experience in internal control in an important company, experience as an external auditor is an asset;
Competencies:
- Good Knowledge of IFRS and RAS;
- Good analytical skills;
- Experience to work under deadlines, prioritize workload and adapt to changing priorities, proactive approach;
- Time management and task prioritization; good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good project management and presentation skills;
- Ability to collaborate into a cross departmental team;
- Reliable person able to assume responsibility.
PC skills: Good computer skills(MS Office: Excel,Word,etc.)
Travel: it is not required
Languages: Very good knowledge in English

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures the preparing and issue of the monthly group financial reports and narratives;
- Analyses financial situation and risks for the whole Company and of each business stream and based on this analysis, proposes solutions, controls and work procedures;
- Analyses the flows in the Company and makes proposals for improvement and takes part in the design of the relevant procedures;
- Preparing costing analysis support by product and service type, together with Sales and Operational departments;
- Liaise with the group coordinators the roll out of the group projects and with the internal auditors at the group level;
- Animates the relevant meetings with the head of operational departments and in front of the general manager;

REPORTS TO: Finance Manager

Payment will be done under a commercial contract.
