| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
•University degree (Master, PhD is a plus)
•Project coordination/management/leadership experience at least 3 years
•NGO or non-profit experience is a plus
•Knowledge about the political and economic system in Romania and EU
•Commitment to work for the environment
•Identification with Greenpeace principles (including actions)
•Good communication skills, including interest to speak in front of media
•Conflict management skills
•Team player
•Romanian language: native-speaker level
•Fluent written and spoken English
•Computer literacy: MS Office, PowerPoint

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of environmental campaigns, most of them related to climate protection and energy.
This includes the following main tasks:
•Doing research / investigation
•Set campaign goals, strategy and tactics
•Creating campaign plans and proposals
•Project management
•Lobbying (high level contacts in politics, in authorities, economy and in the NGO scene)
•Non-violent direct action/demonstration planning
•Press work
•Writing of publications
•Implementation of any other campaign related work (incl. web)
•Provide leadership to the involved people (staff & volunteers)
•Involvement of activists/volunteers in the campaigns
