The main role of internal inspector is to ensure that stock situation in company’s stores and central warehouse is regularly controlled and that all paperwork is according to law and internal regulations, which includes in particular:

Stock of merchandise
- Executing inventory in each shop each month and control correctness of the results of inventories executed by shop employees
- Executing inventory in our central warehouse every 3 months

Paperwork according to law
- Controlling and correcting potential mistakes in all paperwork in our stores and to prepare them according to the law and internal regulations in standard way
o Contracts, legal labor related documents
o Fire protection/labor protection and other by authorities documents, rules to be applied
o Casa and its related documents
o Logistic and transport documents, their correlation and correctness with stock management program used by company and inventory results

Staff evaluation
- Controls and tests knowledge of each personal in the shop according to their career track requirements

Others
- Follow up inventory and control results wit internal or external legal steps to defend company’s interests in case of damages or prejudice caused by employees
- Controlling application of internal regulations and operational rules in the stores and their updating if necessary according to changes in the law or internal company decisions
- Training and supervising shop people in all above mentioned aspects
