AREA OPERATION MANAGER

- Very good English - compulsory
- minimum 1 year experience at the same position or few years experience as shop manager in similar field activity
- experience with team management, people selection, motivation and staff training
- experience with visual arrangments and store concept and operations
- textile and fashion understanding and customer relation experience would be very valuable
- driving license B, several years of driving experience
- ability and willingness to travel extensively and frequently within Romania region

Regional District Manager’s main task is to increase sales and execute company brand concept and rules in order to achieve fully functioning original stores with ladies and man clothes in particular region delegated by General Manager, this shall include in particular:

- tasks in related to human resources operations such as hiring and shop staff regular training in customer approach, visual merchandising rules, stock management and day to day shops operations
- supervising stock status and inventories performance in shops
- Monthly employees evaluations, contracts preparations, and all shops administration paperwork controlling and supervising
