No professional experience needed the background of the person in terms of value and structure is much more important. The person has to show initiative, to be active and optimistic, convinced that success will come with good planning, lots of work and respecting the deadlines.
Also this person is interested on it’s own development and wiling to work in more than one area… also there is no “I can not do this” in his/hers personal dictionary. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Will split the responsibilities with the General Manager the main difference is that the Assistant will do more desk work (e.g. reports, orders to logistic company, different studies) but if he/she is interested involvement in other activities(negotiation, presentations) is also possible.
This person is rather entrepreneurship oriented than being an employee. |
