| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University Degree /technical, financial or business/
- Fluent English
- At least 3 year experience with program and project management plus knowledge of thermal systems
- Able to manage projects + international team
- Greenbelt and blackbelt certification is big advantage
- Willing to travel

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
* LOCATION: CZECH REPUBLIC

Your responsibilities will cover 2 areas:
1. Product design definition
- Coordinate project initiation and identify project member skill requirements - secure additional resources required for successful launch
- Coordinate the activities related to estimating project costs
- Interface with customer's project management team to determine major customer deliverables and requirements
- Accountable for Project Schedule, Risk Management, Quality and Cost
- Lead Project Control meetings and Program Tracking reviews
2. Production Launch Support
- Interface with the Thermal Plant NPI Coordinator to ensure timely completion of activities to be performed at the manufacturing plant
- Accountable for Project Schedule, Risk management, Quality and Cost
- Verify production team is prepared for product launch;
- Identify and communicate project risks and constraints to the customer team
- Develop and implement action plans designed to reduce or mitigate project risks
- Use standard Thermal Systems Project Management tools
