| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
* 3-5 years experience in product design and product support
* Knowledge and experience with agile and object-orientated methodologies, notations and processes: RUP, extreme programming, UML, design patterns
* extensive experience with .NET framework and any of the following: C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ASP, Javascript, VB Script, transactional development, asynchronous processing, HTML, and DHTML, XML, XSLT, LDAP, .NET enterprise services and web services
* Advantage is proficient with J2EE technology
* Good to have: Experience with Active Directory, MS Sharepoint and search engines
* a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and security issues
* Excellent English (no Czech required)

This is a highly technical developer position that involves the design, coding, testing, deployment, and support of .Net software components and system
Seasoned C++ developers who have started or are planning to move to the .Net platform are welcome to apply. We provide a highly collaborative, stimulating , and professional environment in which to facilitate this transition
Make technical recommendations by evaluating and verifying options. Work on complex problems under minimal supervision.
The role needs creative individuals who are capable of applying the strategic objectives of the organisation to their work.
