| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- At least 5 years of experience designing, deploying and supporting Windows and Linux-based workstation images
- At least 3 years of exposure working as a team lead or supervisor
- Experience with workstation imaging technologies such as Ghost/Microsoft SetSysp (SysPrep) and Microsoft Windows PE
- Experience working with hardware vendors in a technical capacity
- Experience working with virtual systems (Virtual PC, Virtual Server or VMWare)
- Scripting and/or programming skills, preferably with Visual Basic
- Fluent English
Nice to Have Skills/Qualifications:
- Web development experience in HTML/XML/ASP
- Experience working in a diversified, virtual environment
- Software packaging skills using Wise or InstallShield products
- Electronic software distribution experience, preferably with Microsoft SMS and/or Novell ZenWorks
- Excellent systems skills utilizing Microsoft platforms (Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000 Advanced Server)

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Our client is a well established international consulting company.
Main responsibilities:
- Supervise, coach and mentor subordinate team members providing performance feedback in accordance with company and team guidelines and policies.
- Provide technical guidance on imaging questions and issues that may arise during his/her working hours
- Act as an escalation point for all imaging, hardware, software and software distribution issues in Prague.
- Maintain advanced knowledge of workstation imaging, deployment processes, and technologies
- Interface with clients to understand their software needs and troubleshoot issues
- Provide support and recommendations for client initiatives
- Able to represent DMM software capabilities to clients
- Provide work and issue resolution with vendors and other teams such as development, support, network, and data center organizations
