Technical Manager

1.Candidate must have an engineering degree (A polymer background is a major plus)
2.Candidate must have a strong (min. 5 years) industrial experience in plastics related industry (injection moulding, extrusion, blow molding.)
3.Candidate must be able to interact with customers. Ideally, he must have already been involved in technical sales
4.Extensive travel is required, should be able to travel in the country
5.High energy with strong desire to deliver results, Self motivated
6.Excellent oral and communication skills: Romanian and English is a must

1.Identify and execute the targets in the sales area and with key validation partners
2.Creates customer value through innovative use and translation of product, processing, design and application technologies at both processors and end users
3.Communicate effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service
4.Combine engineering, part design, tooling and processing skills with commercial understanding
5.Delivers plastics processing technology to the Area’s customer base. Must create, develop, and lead technical resources in the Area’s field with accountability and action & result orientation.
6.Effectively assist global resource teams to develop new products
