Team Members - Process Team

Our client is looking to bring on board enthusiastic Team Members to complete the Process Team for a brand new Shared Services Center in Cluj.

We will be happy to meet you if you have:

- At least 1 year experience in a relevant process area or in a transactional role (in a SAP enabled environment);
- Good working experience of the relevant software packages;
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management;
- Proficiency in English and French/Italian/German and other European language;
- Strong customer service skills, including good telephonic skills;
- Excellent problem solving skills;
- Ability to prioritize and schedule workload;
- Good talking, writing and reading proficiency in the national language.
- Team player attitude.

Your main responsibilities will cover:

- Accurately performing the process objectives as requested by process owner (invoice entry, journal entry, following up overdue accounts, resolving invoice discrepancies, updating employee and organizational data, etc.)
- Delivering service in line with agreed controls and procedures;
- Maintaining good working relationships with the respective process team and with other SSC teams;
- Striving for high levels of customer service.
