If you have:
- University degree;
- Similar experience is an asset;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Responsible, organized, efficient, and flexible person;
- Customer oriented attitude;
- Fluency in both written and spoken English;
- German is considered a plus;
- PC knowledge ( MS Office package).

Your main responsibilities would be:
- Administrate and filter income calls and messages for the staff;
- Professionally greet all visitors and provide necessary information;
- Compose letters, fill in correspondence, reports, documents, and memos;
- Administrate and distribute mail;
- Organize office files and records.
