| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
For our international client, the fastest growing manufacturer of furniture hardware and door handles in Europe, we are looking for a Regional Sales Representative for Transilvania and Banat.
The suitable candidate must fulfill the next requirements:
• University degree (economics, wooden technology, technical)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in direct sales or customer service
• Experience as sales representative or purchase specialist in companies dealing with furniture sector (B2B)
• Good understanding of company management practices in Romania
• Solid command of the English language, written and spoken

• Meeting sales targets in accordance with budget plans (revenue, margin, payments, product split)
• Pro-active sales development
• Acquiring new clients and orders
• Negotiating conditions of business co-operation
• Building and sustaining trusting client relationship
• Building a positive image of company among customers and brand promotion
