- Hungarian language – advanced level – mandatory;
- English language – advanced level represents an advantage;
- Bachelor Degree;
- Similar experience in a multinational company is preferred;

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The purpose ot the job is to implement human resources strategies, policies and procedures. To organize all human resources activities in the Ciuc Brewery and Moldova Sales Force in order to ensure organizational efficiency:
- Supports Line Management with Personnel Management Policies, Practices and Procedures.
- Implements the human resources system in accordance with company policies.
- Responsible to recruit and select employees at all levels
- Responsible to support the implementation of the Training and Development programs
- Operates the personnel administration process
- Ensures compliance with local legislation
- Provides support in all activities of the Human Resources Department.
