Role Overview:
The Operations Analyst will cover the emerging markets region which includes: CEE, Russia & CIS, Middle East and Africa and Latin America
The Recruitment Operations Analyst will be a key participant in driving change in the region’s recruitment strategy. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for the analysis and manipulation of routine and ad-hoc recruitment related metrics to provide solutions to challenges within the HR Staffing organisation. The Operations Analyst will provide high value and high impact analysis of these metrics to the Operations Manger. The operations analyst will also be responsible to develop strategies to improve on performances of team from around the region to effectively achieve the objectives of the theatre.
The Operations Analyst is viewed as an analytics expert; with a key focus on metrics reporting and analysis, while working closely with our client facing organization. They will also be responsible to work with senior management and be a representative for the department.
This role will also assist with the effective learning/training and communications throughout the region.
Responsibilities:
- Working with Global Metrics Team to ensure sharing of best practice, consistency of reporting and identification of time saving opportunities
- Work closely with our internal partners outside Staffing Operations
- Assist with Training and Development needs for Client Facing Recruitment organisation
- Facilitate communications to the Emerging Staffing organisation.
- Providing weekly Executive summary reports for the Region
- Providing ad-hoc reports to; the HR Staffing Operations Manager, Recruiters, HR and the business on all data pertaining to the recruiting process within the region.
- Measuring Recruiters performance against pre-defined Service Level Agreements for and report back to the Operations Manager and external Vendors.
- Pull the required metrics for any Monthly and Quarterly Ops reviews as required by the Operations Manager in Emerging.
- Use knowledge of systems and metrics to provide insightful commentary on key performance indicators within the team.
