Process Head - Finance Manager

Our client is looking to bring on board an experienced Manager for a Process Head – Finance Position for a brand new Shared Services Center in Cluj.

We will be happy to meet you if you have:

- CECCAR certificate;
- 10+ years experience in management roles in the Finance function;
- Experience managing finance teams;
- Experience in Financial management systems in multiple countries and legal entities in a SAP enabled environment;
- Excellent communication skills, both in English (German, French, Italian & other european language would be a plus).

Your main responsibilities will cover:

- Managing the performance on the SSC Finance teams;
- Leading the change process, driving continuous improvement through enhanced cost effectiveness and improved customer service.
- Ensure operational costs are in line with relevant budgetary controls;
- Understanding the business requirements and changing business priorities;
- Managing all HR aspects of their team (team performance management and coaching, development, succession planning, etc.) in order to improve performance;
- Deliver service and report monthly performance in accordance with the Service level Agreement.
