| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Our client is a global specialty pharmaceutical company that develops and commercializes innovative products for the eye care, skin care and other specialty markets. The Key Account Manager will be located in Bucharest and will report hierarchically to the Business Unit Manager Romania & Bulgaria.
Requirements:
- University degree in medicine;
- At least 2 years pharmaceutical sales experience;
- Contacts/network to key opinion leaders is a strong asset;
- Excellent personal and interpersonal skills;
- Good communication skills
- Team working
- Learning and adapting ability
- Open and flexile attitude
- Integrity and common sense; commitment;
- Highly responsible, reliable, loyal;
- Result oriented, decisive, making things happen;
- PC literate (Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point);
- English – very good
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
General Purpose of the Job:
Ensures the relationship with key accounts, ensures development and implementation of the overall sales strategy in order to achieve the sales budget, based on the corporate business strategy.
Responsibilities:
- To inquires permanently for the Company products and assimilates this information;
- To plans and pays visits to the key accounts with a view to assess their needs and the way the relationship with them develops;
- To gathers updated information regarding the key accounts needs and conveys them to the department’s head;
- To identifies new market opportunities and new key accounts attracting;
- To prepares offers, organizing workshops for key accounts;
- To fulfils the tasks and objectives assigned by the immediate superior within his/her limits of the competency area;
- To ensure close and continuous communication with the key accounts;
- To continuously observe the market, the competitors and analyze market developments and trends;
- To contribute to cross-country initiatives;
