COST ACCOUNTANT - Pentru costuri de productie

You are a suitable candidate if you have:

- Minimum 3 years experience on a similar position (cost accounting in a production company or multinational company will be a plus);
- University degree in Accountancy;
- PC skills – Excel, Scala (is an advantage) or other ERP;
- Good English skills;
- Good communication skills

and if you are:

- a very organized person;
- available to travel for business.

For a multinational company from the food industry we are looking for a Cost Accountant.

The job responsibilities for this position will be to:

- Prepare cost accounting records for production, manufacturing costs;
- Compare the actual costs in order to estimate and analyze variances;
- Analyze the cost records and the calculation of unit costs for products related to a specific job or project;
- Examine any costs that seem contrary to past experience;
- Prepare and erealize the statistical reports for the comparison of costs and determination of profitability by product;
- Prepare the estimates for new or proposed product costs;
- Make comparing analyzes between actual and the standard costs and then prepare reports of variances;
- Identify development trends and institutes corrective measures when necessary;
- Identify and carry out investigations of variances according to budgets/standards;
- Produce routine reports, schedules and summaries for management;
- Provide accurate analysis of reconciliation records to third party documents;
- He/She may establish, modify, document and co-ordinate implementation of accounting, accounting control procedures and may assist when performing economic analysis or evaluating financing and investment effectiveness.
