CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

-Human Resources Inspector certification preferred,

-Accountancy studies - mid-level,

-Knowledge of the HR legislative norms in force,

-Able to use accounting softwares,

-2 years of relevant experience in a similar position,

-Intermediate knowledge of the English language,

-Proactive and hardworking,

-Preferably non-smoker,

-Excellent communication skills.



RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

-Issues and checks for compliance all HR paperwork required by Romanian legislation and company procedures according to the internal quality system,

-Responsible for timely registration and submission of HR paperwork to the Territorial Labour Inspectorate,

-In charge with monthly payroll rolling out [keeps evidence of timesheets, joiners and leavers, annual/medical leaves, pay rises, bonuses etc]

-Maintains permanent contact with all Labour-related state authorities [ANOFM, INS etc],
Financial Administration, Unemployment Territorial Office and Health Insurance State Company,

-Keeps evidence of fixed assets and runs periodical controls,

-Issues, submits and checks for compliance the company’s statutory declarations regarding state budget contributions [salaries, VAT etc],

-Support in managerial reporting.
