CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
Good persons with selling abilities and a good communications ability, amiabilities and nice presents.
Good English communications skills – middle level

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Selling activity for a big hair style company for every kiosk holds up 4 employees malls
Employee salaries:
*Base salary £800 a month
*Commission up to 30% of sales
*Free Rent/security deposit from salary
*Plain ticket
*Airport pickup
*Placed in a company accommodation
*6 days work a week
*Salary paid every two weeks
*One general manager for retail with exclusion of company owners
*Shift/product manager per location
*A minimum of three days training.
*The employee has the right to take holiday
Accommodations:
*No more than two people per room
*Flats are fully equipped
*Rotation in between location at company discretion or area manager,(rotation is a very positive thing it gives an employee the option of starting fresh enabling him to start over and add responsibility).
