CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years IT Lead experience including the analysis and implementation of various test methodologies and tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential
- Candidates must have experience shipping multiple software releases
- Familiarity with C++, Java, and/or Perl is highly desirable.
- The ideal candidate would be experienced in managing and motivating a team of strong professionals in software development
- Positive attitude
