CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Profile:
- Civil Engineering Degree. Electrical knowledge must be demonstrated.
- 5-7 years of experience in similar positions must be demonstrated.
- Advanced Level of English.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team working ability are a prerequisite.
- Demonstrated management skills.
- Availability to travel around Romania.
- Willing to develop everyday work “on the field”.
- Living in Constanza region is essential.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The post holder will be responsible for the accomplishment of our projects in Romania.
Duties:
- Integrated Projects Management in GES Romania; This person will provide overall project direction and will be primarily responsible for the successful completion of eolic turnkey projects.
- Accomplishing the stated project objectives.
- Ensuring the project’s budget and schedule.
- Interface with all levels of management to focus project resources, establish priorities and ensure successful project execution.
- Liaison with suppliers, fabricators and subcontractor in order to resolve technical, scheduling and commercial issues.
- Successfully lead large technical and cross-functional teams.
- Report project status to the rest of the organization
- Ensure the continuous fulfillment of H&S policies according to GES and its clients’ specific requirements.
