GL Accountant

• bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
• 2-5 years relevant experience/background is required
• strong knowledge of written & spoken English
• strong understanding of P&L, Balance sheet under IFRS
• experience in a multi-national environment is a plus
• independent and hard working , self-motivated, well organized and responsible
• ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• in depth knowledge of computer applications: Microsoft Office
• knowledge of SAP is considered an advantage

• prepare Financial Statements as per IFRS Requirements
• reconcile inter-company transactions
• assure inventory transactions are properly accounted for
• non-functional currency analysis
• month-end analysis regarding month-to-month comparisons between forecast and actual expenses for each budget, by line item, underlying the discrepancies
• gathers and consolidates detailed information for budgetary control system
