Competencies and behaviours :

• Minimum 2 year relevant business experience (not in retail sector)
• Proven records of successful results in sales of high investments products and/or high-tech products
• Knowledge of English language (other language is a plus)
• Driven by challenges, self-motivating and pro-active results
• Willingness to travel intensively 50-70% of the time inside Romania, and fulfilling several trips to West Europe, Japan, Taiwan, …
• Working fully independent and not expecting a 9 to 5 job

Key result areas :

• Working area: South-West of Romania: Timis, Arad, Hunedoara, Caras-Severin, Mehedinti, Gorj, Valcea, Dolj, Olt
• Improve sales in congruence with regional potentials
• Negotiate and manage contracts
• Optimise key client relationships and personally participate in major negotiations
• Develop and pursue sales leads through direct contacts with potential clients and through trade shows or industry publications
