CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Working fully independent and not expecting a 9 to 5 job
- Having passion for programming
- Motivating people with proven programming passion OR with proven working experience have a plus.
- Knowledge of website programming languages (php, html, Java, flash)
- Willing to do a lot of self study to solve programming problems
