| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The ideal candidate will have a university degree in accounting and should be an achiever and a person who loves being challanged.
- Experience of min 5 years as an Economist, Contabil or Financial controller.
- Administrative skills - office management - a plus;
- Knowledge of economics and accounting principles and practices, the analysis and reporting of financial data.
- English Language - intermediate fluency in English, acceptable writing level.
- Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office;
- Accounting Programs -familiarity with MENTOR, a plus, open to learn a new system.
- Knowledge of laws, legal codes, government regulations.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures.
- Stable, reliable person;
- Good communication skills;
- Good people skills.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports;
- Relationship with Labor Chamber;
- Office Management: attendance, rules and regulations, administrative tasks.
Specific Tasks:
- Analyzes operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred, to project future revenues and expenses, using computer.
- Computes taxes owed, ensures compliance with tax payment, reporting, and other tax requirements, and represents establishment before taxing authority.
- Directs activities of the person performing bookkeeping tasks.
- Adapts accounting and record keeping functions to current technology of computerized accounting systems.
- Appraises, evaluates, and inventories real property and equipment, and records description, value, location, and other information.
- Establishes table of accounts, and assigns entries to proper accounts. handles accounts payable, accounts receivable and credit control.
- Analyzes inventories on a quarterly basis and adjusts it in the system;
- Keeps in touch with the Labour Chamber;
- Other responsibilities as seen necessary;
