WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING TEAM LEADER WITH FLUENT SPANISH

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 3 years working experience in the field of accounting and team management
• Finance, Accounting degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of SAP or other integrated ERP is a requirement
• Understanding of finance and accounting operations
• Fluency in spoken and written Spanish and English
• Strong software skills
• Ability to work effectively in an international team environment
• Six Sigma Process knowledge is an advantage
• Detail oriented
• Strong customer focus

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of the accounting data as per agreed deadlines.
• Evaluate and maintain productivity measures for the team, to ensure that all team members are performing to their full capacity and in accordance with performance targets.
• Maintenance and preparation of dashboards (key performance indicators) so that information is accurate for review by Accounting Management as per agreed monthly deadlines.
• Responsible for staff Performance & Development Plan & Review on a regular and ongoing basis,to guarantee that all members of the team receive a structured and documented formal performance feedback and are fully aware of their development needs and strengths.
• Provide continuous training and coaching to the team in order to ensure that the required level of performance is met and continually maintained as well as ensuring team members achieve their development needs.
• Involvement in recruitment processes in liaison with HR as new vacancies arise in the team in order to ensure correct staffing is maintained at all times.
• Continuously improve process efficiency.
