Team Leader Order to Cash

Economics/Finance studies
Fluent in English, German would be a plus!
•Knowledge of credit management and receivables
•People management experience
•Strong Interpersonal Skills
•Strong Word and Excel skills will be essential
•Strong analytical skills

You will help to maximize sales whilst minimizing overdue.
You will guide the day-to-day activities of team members across one or more regions in the management of credit and/or pricing and be first-in-line trouble shooter.
You will pro-actively find ways of preventing queries and be actively involved in enhancing processes.

To control the day-to-day activities of setting up and maintaining pricing, promotion, rebates & invoicing within SAP that meet customer’s business requirements, policies, procedures.
To control the daily activities of team members
Co-ordinate routine reviews of ageing balances of all customers to identify slow or problem accounts and manage to resolution
Monitor all relevant systems for correct reporting / results, and provide reports as required
