CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The ideal candidate should have economical background, 3+ years experience in a multinational company and good command of English.
• Accounting qualification followed by several years of general accounting experience
• Able to effectively manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and should be detail-oriented
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for project implementation
• Any Project management degree/diploma/certification would be a bonus
Desired experience:
- Worked in end–to–end AP process for a multinational for at least 3 years. Consistent AP experience, as well as diverse or exposure to several AP areas is desired.
- Hands-on experience on any of the major ERP platforms, preferably Oracle or SAP.
- Exposure to US GAAP, IFRS or other international GAAP
- Controllership
- Expertise in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Project, Access and Visio a plus; web-savvy
- One year experience in project management/being part of a large project good experience in project management.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
This individual will be deployed as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Closing and Reporting processes for various customers supporting ongoing operation and solutioning both.
Act as a consultant in the AP area during the solution identification period and stabilization of the process, being involved in solution identification, training, and process improvement project.
The individual will be required to:
- work as an SME in Accounts Payable, Closing and Reporting with Genpact’s customers
- participate in projects in the Area, and may require extensive travel to customer sites
- be responsible of providing training for the assigned people whenever the direct superior requests that
The individual should:
- have the ability to adapt to various accounting systems and platforms and should be able to interpret the needs and requirements of the clients.
- be a strong motivator and should be willing to take complete responsibility of a project if given the opportunity. If he is part of a larger project team, he should be a team player and should be able to freely and decisively communicate with the project management team.
- be able to rely extensively on his experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and should be able to perform a variety of tasks.
