CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
In order to become our colleague within Recruitment Department you need to be passionate about HR and recruitment and to have advanced knowledge of both English and French.
You also need to have:
- Good Communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, integrity
- Team player, Innovative approach to problem solving
- Positive, Enthusiastic and looking for new learning opportunities.
- University Degree
- Min 6 months experience in recruitment or internship in the field
- Previous experience in Student’s Associations (AIESEC, Best, etc.) would be an advantage
- Computer skills (MS Office)

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Conduct company presentation in campus and universities to attract candidates for internal projects
- Conduct interviews for entry-level positions for F&A, IT support or Commercial Service processes, looking for foreign language speakers (German, French, Italian, Spanish, etc.)
- Participate in the selection process, from interview to offer
- Use traditional channels to source candidates for recruitment and also looking for implementing new ones
- Provide consistent report on hiring to relevant stakeholders
