Primay Accounting - German Speaker

To be a part of our international team, you need to have:

·Fluency in German;
·Good knowledge of English;
·Microsoft Office and Internet knowledge;
·Outstanding customer-orientation and team-spirit;
·Very good communication skills;
·Prior experience in ERP / financial systems, especially SAP is an asset.

· You will provide accounting services in the area of Accounts Payable (AP) for a major international company.

Main responsibilities:

Processing incoming invoices and meeting daily targets,
Reconcile AP accounts,
Resolve vendor queries,
Initiate manual payments,
Maintenance of vendor data,
Issuing and improvement of Accounts Payable Standard Porcedure,
Daily communication with business partners in Germany.
