Order Management on Italian/German/French/Spanish/Russian – positions opened for Cluj

- University Degree
- Fluency in one of the business languages (Italian, German, French, Spanish, Russian) and in English;
- MS Office User
- Excellent communication skills written and oral in stressful situations
- Good business writing skills / business correspondence
- Experience in a traditional customer service environment or related service situation would be a plus
- Outstanding customer-orientation and team-spirit
- Basic knowledge of SAP/ ERP systems would be an asset.
- Availability to travel abroad

The job holders will provide order management services for a major international Company in the following business languages: Italian, German, French, Spanish, Russian and English.

Tasks and responsibilities:

- Process Orders and follow up till completion from customers or Sales organization
- Document preparation for export orders
- Respond to telephonic queries by customer and sales org.
- Update SAP with customer master data
- Prepare for customer invoicing
- Interaction with Logistics partner
- Update customers on availability and delivery
- Create Purchase orders for third party orders
- Handle all update requests from internal org. (debits/credits)
- Problem and customer complaints registration and escalation
- Issue resolution
