CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Profile:
- Fluency in Hungarian is required.
- Good command of English;
- Good computer skills
- Previous experience in a customer service position/support center environment would be an asset.
- Open minded, positive attitude (doing his /her best to get along well with the rest of the team and reporting any issue to the manager when they occur)
- Cooperating with the team – asking for help when needed·
- Willing to learn and be coached by the trainer and the team
- Keep a calm mind set while talking to the users over the phone


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

The process contains the following major steps:
- Taking calls on Hungarian language
- Handling emails
- Document cases for each incident, handle cases meeting SLAs (customer requirements), follow up case status
- Troubleshooting IT problems according to the SOPs and previous trainings
- Sharing knowledge case with the team
- Creating SOPs
- Training new team members and cross-training existing members
- Attending training sessions
- Administrative work for helpdesk needs
- Arranging working schedule with collegues flexibly, according to business needs
