CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

-University degree or equivalent
-Fluent in French
- Exhibiting flexibility in working under 24/7 environment
-Inbound call center experience
-Excellent knowledge of Excel
-Excellent communication skills and customer relationship management
-Previous experience in handling teams of at least 10 people.
-Dynamic personality
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to work in changing business environments
-Ability to work with an International team


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Ensure that the team meets Customer targets on answering calls and emails.
Manage attrition in the team.
Manage team performance on customer deliverables and Genpact deliverables.
Manage and build customer relationships.
Prepare and communicate team performance dashboards to the Customer and the Genpact leadership.
Manage the team schedules and leaves. Ensure that there is optimal staffing at all times.
