| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
At least 4 years practical hands on experience in senior accountant role, including teaching/training new colleagues;
Very good knowledge of accounting (Chartered Accountant/ACCA degree);
Proven functional expertise, including thorough understanding of finance/accounting processes, shared service environment and SAP/ORACLE systems;
Excellent ability to clearly and effectively share process/business knowledge with others;
Highly convincing presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;
Analytical person, possessing superior organization skills;
Fluent in English, any additional foreign language is an advantage;
Strong PC skills.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Division: Training - Finance & Accounting Center of Excellence
Location: Bucharest
Languages: English – Fluently (mandatory), plus preferably another European language;
Minimum qualification: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
Minimum experience:
-4+ years of experience in accounting/finance/outsourcing services;
-Successful experience in delivering accounting/financial training programs;
-Superior understanding of the ERP systems implementation processes;
Main tasks and duties:
-Create and deliver training materials for finance & accounting teams and set up the measurement;
-Conduct training to new hires and monitor training needs;
-Act as process expert in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger;
-Permanently ensure knowledge transfer and share best practices within the organization;
-Regularly perform data collections, evaluate and report new hires’ and trainees’ professional development;
-Work closely with his/her Superior and Finance and Accounting Operations Managers, as well as with Genpact’s international training team in order to achieve the greatest result.
