Cash Application and Billing Officer

Requirements:
- fluent spoken English is mandatory
- university graduate, preferably in the economical field,
- at least one year of working experience in cash application and invoicing activities,
- Computer literacy (MS Excel) and basic accounting knowledge.
- good communication and negotiation skills,
- result oriented,
- good problem solving skills,
- self confident
- able to work with deadlines.

The job will involve:
- creation and maintenance of accounts.
- billing activities,
- credits & rebills.
- constant touch with the sales team to help them out in invoicing issues.
- answer various invoice queries from the customer and agents.
