Accounts Payable with Italian

•Fluency BOTH in Italian and in English
•MS Office User
•Very good communication skills
•Outstanding customer-orientation and team-spirit
•Previous experience in Order Management/ Procurement and knowledge ERP/SAP systems is an asset.

Description of Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Receive and process vendor invoices / credit memos split by legal entity / native language.
• Ensure that all invoices received for processing are actually processed and only once.
o Invoices with a payment order (PO) in the system are matched to the PO and receipt.
o Invoices without a PO in the system are adequately authorized.
• Ensure all invoices received for processing are actually processed and only once.
• Route mismatches to the relevant buyers, handle “internal communication”.
• Check the VAT codes and change if necessary.
