General Accounting Team Leader with English/ Greek/ Italian

- Relevant professional (general accounting) and leadership expertise;
- Mandatory Team Management experience (appraisals, feedback, development, etc.)
- Accounting Certification (CECCAR, ACCA, etc)
- BA or MA in Economics/ Accounting
- SAP or other integrated ERP knowledge;
- Fluent in English, Greek or Italian;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong business acumen and initiative;
- Outstanding customer-orientation and energizing attitude

- Monitors and manages on daily basis the staff performance and ensures direct reports meet their individual objectives and perform to establish standards
- Takes timely action to coach, develop, train and motivates direct reports in order to improve their performance
- Ensures professional customer care
- Manages the targets, activities and achievements of the team
- Supports the Operations Manager/Senior Operations Manager and other support functions in administration activities
- Supports/prepares reporting
