Economist

• University degree in Economics;
• 3-5 years experience in accounting field, - at least 2 years in a multinational/foreign company;
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles: both local and international standards and of Romanian taxation system;
• Ability to work with tight deadlines;
• Very good communication and analytical skills;
• Flexibility, open-minded, initiative and problem solving orientation;
• Fluency in French , English would be a plus;
• Very good computer skills: MSOffice, preferably Wizcount experience.

The Job holder is responsible for accurately and timely posting of Accounts Payable invoices, prepaid expenses, accruals, salaries,, bank statements, petty cash and employees expenses statements, monitoring their compliance with relevant tax legislation to provide an important contribution to the reporting issues in strict compliance with company’s policies and procedures.
