| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
* Previous customer care experience (software technical support represents a plus)
* Sound knowledge of English (both writing and speaking) and Russian or Chinese
* Good knowledge of Javascript, HTML/DHTML/XML, CSS
* General experience with PHP, MySQL
