CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The ideal candidate should be graduated in Psychology or Sociology, with minimum 2 years previous experience in recruitment, and strong labour legislation knowledge. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
-Posting job adverts in different media of recruitment
-Calling candidates within a fortnight
-Assist first interviews and propose candidates for shortlist
-Keep applicant data on file
-Feedback for all candidates and applicants
-Internal job market
-Assistance in legal issues (job offers, dissmisals, labour contract)
-Responsabile with team development-oraganize trainings, workshops, appraisal interviews
-Management statistics in terms of HR
