| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Job Purpose: To provide legal advise for the daily business activity of the company
Main Objectives & Activities:
• Constant revision of the consumer finance and cards agreements; drafts and follows up implementation of amendments related thereto, based on legislative changes;
• Advising on legal issues arisen from: (i) credit cases; (ii) cards issuing; (iii) relationship with partners and intermediates;
• Provides legal advice for new product implementation;
• Provides legal advice & support for replies to customers’ complaints;
• Provides legal advise for organising the BoD and GSM meetings, maintains appropriate records, documents & registries related thereto, provides support for registration of the relevant documents with the Trade Registry and notification to the supervisory authorities (NBR, data protection, Anti-Money Laundering Authority), keeps the company’s registries;
• Provides legal advice related to labour law;
• Provides legal advice on legal framework and regulatory requirements (consumer protection, data protection, NBR regulations, etc);
• Cross-business activities within the group: consumer protection field and labour law

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Law School graduate; strong legal background (minimum 5 years experience)
• Previous experience in financial institutions
• Very good knowledge of consumer protection law, financial legislation law & commercial litigations
• Skills to communicate, organise and implement
• Detail oriented, positive attitude
• Foreign languages: fluency in English
