Sales Support Officer

• Activities related to new partners acceptance and registration in internal applications according to “New partners accepting procedure”
• Providing the information needed for registering the existing or new partners in internal applications to Financial, Analysis and Cards Department
• Keeping the evidence of necessary stocks of marketing materials and pre-printed contracts
• Allocating marketing materials to ASCs (posters, statements, flyers)
• Amounts to be paid to sales team (approval, follow-up and payment)
• Necessary office supplies centralization for Domo stores
• Receiving, centralizing and sending the ASC activity reports to superiors
• Taking over advances requests from our partners, verifying if the procedure is followed, analyzing sales results of requesters, and sending, together with mentioned analysis, the necessary information to involved departments
• Statistical analysis
• Sending market research and informative reports to ASCs in order to support them in defining their sales strategy
