Sales Training Manager

• Minimum 5 years working experience
• Sales and / or training experience required
• Financial Services or Insurance knowledge needed
• Capability to think outside of the box and make training relevant and applicable to everyday business
• Excellent abilities to understand business processes
• High level of energy, motivator and can do attitude
• Outstanding interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills
• Foreign language : Fluency in English would be an advantage

• Clearly identify training needs of internal customers with Sales Force Effectiveness Leader
• Design & develop tailored training for branch opening
• Coordinate & deliver training programme for new and existing sales force
• Set up sales, product and procedure training for our alternative channels
• Address both soft and hard skills needs
• Taylor training for both managerial and sales field levels
• Prioritise and develop time line of training programme delivery
• Develop appropriate measurement matrix to capture training benefits
• Develop full communication kit
• Actively participate to the reinforcement of Sales Force Effectiveness
• Ability to work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive GE training objectives
