Sales Analyst

• Minimum 3 years working experience, out of which 1 years in similar position
• Good understanding of business and commercial acumen
• Ability to understand market trends and put them into perspective with our business performance
• Ability to analyse and present large volumes of data in clear graphical formats
• Understanding of IT systems
• Data analysis skills including variance/gap analysis
• Advanced knowledge in Excel and Macro development. Minitab an advantage
• Competent in Word and PowerPoint
• Sound Communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
• Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Can do attitude, enthusiastic and understanding
• Foreign language : Fluency in English required

• Clearly identify needs of internal customers for ongoing data monitoring
• Design and develop relevant dashboards and matrix monitoring with Management
• Provide Sales Team with Key Management Information on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
• Address both micro and macro data levels
• Build new reports when required using internal Information System for data extract
• Provide advice and support on relevant aspects of reporting and analysis
• Management of updating standard reports, including seasonal adjustments
• Produce the Sales Teams bonus figures every month/quarter ensuring timely payments
• Constantly looking to improve/enhance processes as well as the quality of MI available
• Contribute to projects and functional objectives within the department to achieve business goals
