Descrierea postului:
As a Senior Recruiter you are responsible to ensure a timely and qualitative recruitment and selection process, in order to respect the dead-lines to cover with personnel all the projects.
• Organize and coordinate the recruitment process;
• Perform interviews and offer feedback to the Supervisors regarding their short listed candidates;
• Identifies and keep a very good connection with the most appropriate recruitment sources; elaborates the sourcing plans;
• Utilizing proactive and various search methods to source candidates;
• Responsible to ensure a timely and complete data recording in the related database;
• Provide quality recruitment and selection reports to management;
• Permanent monitoring of the labour market.

Cerinte:
• University degree
• Over 2 years of work experience in a similar position;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity;
• Positive, enthusiastic, self-starter;
• Results driven;
• Interviewing skills and techniques, internal advisory and consulting skills;
• Good PC skills – Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Very good English level (spoken & written);
