RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Main Objectives & Activities:
Develops a program for professional development for employees of GE Money Romania Operations (New account origination, Customer service and Collections), according to their needs;
Coordinates preparation and delivery of trainings, both internal and external, according to the need of individual departments;
Responsible for planning and control of the training budget;
Leads a 3-5 member team of in-house trainers;
Identify solutions for training quality improvements;
